不少童鞋在配置完php 5.3或者php 5.4网站源码后打开出错，提示

the fastcgi handler was unable to process the request.
error details:
error number: 14001 (0x800736b1).
error description: óéóúó|ó 3ìeò 2 yè·￡ ó|ó 3ìeò ′ ü ˉ ￡ ea°2×°ó|ó 3ìeò é ü á à y a êìa ￡
http error 500 - server error.

也有不少客户出现这个问题，其实很好解决，安装个visual c++ 2008 sp1 redistributable(x86)（2008）就可以解决了
